Privacy policy
This policy explains what information Red River Tree Removal ("we") collects on redrivertreeremoval.com and what we do with it. We are a referral service that connects homeowners with local tree service providers. We are not a tree company.
Information you give us
When you use our quote request form, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address (optional), ZIP code, the type of job, your message, and your consent choice.
How we use it
- To pass your request to a local tree service provider. We share your form details with an independent tree service provider in the Shreveport–Bossier City area so they can contact you by phone, text, or email about your request. That provider handles your information under its own practices.
- To respond if you contact us directly, and to keep a record of requests sent.
- To prevent spam and abuse of the form.
We do not sell your information to data brokers or use it for unrelated marketing.
Services that process data for us
- Form processing: form submissions are received and stored by Cloudflare, our hosting provider, on our behalf.
- Hosting and analytics: the site is hosted on Cloudflare. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. Cloudflare describes this analytics as not using cookies or local storage to track visitors.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions only as long as needed to deliver your request and keep reasonable business records, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, or to delete it, by emailing us. If a provider has already contacted you and you don't want further contact, tell them directly as well.
Children
This site is for adults arranging work on their property. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
